Never! All of our cooking is free from refined flours, sugars, and refined grain products (rice/bread/pasta). Instead we offer wild and brown rice, organic rye or gluten-free seeded bread, and spelt or gluten-free brown rice pasta. For our desserts and sweet treats we use natural sweeteners like honey, agave or sometimes a little coconut sugar. We use only whole food carbohydrates in our meals, such as whole grains, oats and sweet potatoes.
